Question 1

How do I upload my logo or text for laser engraving?

Accepted Answer

Simply click "Upload Your Design" or use our interactive live customizer on any product page. You can type your name, select your preferred font, or upload SVG, PNG, PDF, or high-res JPG files.

Question 2

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for corporate gifts?

Accepted Answer

No! You can order single customized gifts for personal occasions or bulk quantities of 1,000+ pieces for corporate events with tier-based volume discounts.

Question 3

How fast will my custom order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Standard customized production takes 1-2 business days. Express shipping delivers within 3-5 business days across India. Pan-India order tracking is provided via SMS and email.

Question 4

Will laser engraving fade or peel over time?

Accepted Answer

Never! Laser engraving vaporizes the metal/wood surface layer permanently. Unlike surface printing, laser etched designs will never scratch off, peel, or fade.

Question 5

Can I request a digital mock-up proof before printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! For bulk orders (10+ units), our design team sends a high-resolution 3D digital proof via WhatsApp or Email for your approval before starting mass production.
