If your customized order (mug, bottle, frame, etc.) breaks or is damaged during shipping, we will ship a brand new replacement immediately at zero extra cost. No questions asked.

Claim Replacement

Shipping & Delivery

•Customization Period: Every product takes 1 to 2 business days for design proof approval and production floor carving/printing.
•Transit Timelines: Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Major tier-1 cities enjoy 2 to 3 days delivery.
•Shipping Charges: Free express delivery on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a flat charge of ₹60.
•Delivery Partners: We ship via insured networks including Delhivery Express, BlueDart, DTDC, and Speed Post.

Refunds & Replacements

•Personalized Item Notice: Since names and photo prints cannot be resold, we do not accept returns. If there is a printing error or spelling mistake on our end, we send a free replacement.
•Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order within 2 hours of payment by calling or texting us. Cancellations are not accepted once the design proof is approved.
•Refunds: Cancelled orders receive a 100% refund processed back to the original payment source (UPI, Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
